Who should be trained?

This training is designed for technical and non-technical personnel that are familiar with the basics of grain storage. It is highly recommended for safety directors, operation managers, engineering staff and maintenance
personnel.

How does it work?

1. We train your personnel how to visually inspect and check all facets of your storage. They learn the proper way to inspect, collect data, make observations, log comments and take photographs.

2. Complete work sheets and fax or Email them to Clear Creek Associates.

3. We will assign an inspection report code and keep your information on file for your
future reference.

4. If you have a serious situation or need, be assured we can provide you with highly trained professional engineers to help define and solve any problems that might occur.

Where are we trained?

The training will be done at your facility or an appropriate off site location convenient
to your and your staff.

Training costs...

In house training is $3,500 per session for up to 20 persons-plus travel expenses if applicable.

In addition to training we offer the professional services of report writing and performing a case review of your findings. We can also provide evaluations conducted by a P. E. for more significant issues.

What shape are your
corrugated bins in?

The structural integrity of a corrugated bin is affected by a number of factors including design, manufacture, installation, foundation, operation & environment to name a few. Knowing how to perform a thorough assessment and evaluation of the structure or facility will reveal potential or existing problems and provide an understanding of why the condition may exist. This will allow you to protect your investment and prevent future problems. Your bins will tell you a lot if you know what to look for.
