Joshua Munson serves as President of Clear Creek & Associates, where he provides strategic leadership and drives the company's commitment to delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Joshua combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach, helping lead projects across the agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors. Under his leadership, Clear Creek & Associates has continued to expand its engineering services while building lasting relationships founded on integrity, responsiveness, and practical solutions. Joshua is passionate about developing strong teams and partnering with clients to solve complex engineering challenges.

Austin Carpenter

Sales Manager

Austin Carpenter serves as Sales Manager for Clear Creek & Associates, where he leads business development and builds lasting relationships with clients throughout the agricultural and industrial markets. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in International Business from Indiana University, bringing a strong business foundation and client-focused approach to every project. Austin works closely with owners, contractors, and manufacturers to develop practical structural engineering solutions that meet each client's unique needs. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, he helps clients successfully navigate projects from concept through completion. Outside of his role at Clear Creek, Austin is actively involved in the industries the company serves, holding leadership positions on multiple industry boards and committees. He is committed to advancing education, strengthening industry partnerships, and supporting initiatives that drive innovation and long-term growth across the agricultural and industrial sectors.

Ashley Mault

Accounting

Ashley Mault manages accounting for Clear Creek & Associates, where she oversees the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and internal financial processes. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Insurance from Indiana State University, providing a strong foundation in financial management and strategic planning. Ashley plays an integral role in supporting the company's continued growth by ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining operational efficiency, and providing valuable insight to the leadership team. Her attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and collaborative approach help ensure Clear Creek & Associates remains a trusted partner for both clients and employees.
